How to Join Us

ARTIST APPLICATION IS BY INVITATION ONLY

If you have received a formal invitation to apply please fill out the following
and send the completed application to your contact.

1. Please describe any work you have done to benefit animal rescues, sanctuaries or charities and please name the rescue where applicable. We ask that our applicants have a history of helping animals.

2. Please tell us about yourself. You may also send a resume if you have one.

3. Tell us about your art and send us some examples. A hyperlink to a web site that has your work is acceptable.

4. Tell us why you wish to join our fellowship.

5. If you currently sell on an online venue such as Art by Us or Ebay we need to know all the User ID's that you sell under or have sold under.

6. Please list any art groups you are a currently active in.

7. Tell us about any pets you own and please tell us if they are spayed/neutered where applicable.

8. Please tell us how you found us.

9. Please give us your telephone number and a good time to reach you in case we have any further questions. (This information remains private and is not published or distributed)

Please note: A major focus of the jury is your work and involvement in helping homeless animals.

AHA is NOT about self promotion for artists. Our goal is to help animals in need.

A commitment is expected to our supported charities which are listed on this site, though you are free to work with your own favorite charities and projects as well.

We are all independent and mutually supportive artists working in a unique fellowship. We promote the work for the animals we are trying to help.
